Shipping & Returns
All sales are final and as is. All deposits to hold merchandise are non-refundable. All returns are at the sole and exclusive discretion of Evolv Gaming and must take place within 30 days of purchase and will be charged a rental fee of 20% of the PURCHASE PRICE, whether the refund is requested before or after shipment of the system. Any returns after 30 days will be charged a restocking fee of 20% of the PURCHASE PRICE plus a $75 per day rental fee. Microsoft Windows or Office products, or other activated software cannot be accepted back for a refund or credit.
Software defects are not covered by the Warranties, but may be covered by the warranty of the individual software publishers as set out in the materials accompanying it; opened software is never refundable.
Evolv Gaming desires to maintain a positive relationship with its customers and without waiving any of the limitations in the preceding paragraphs, Evolv Gaming may at its sole and exclusive discretion elect to return actual funds paid by Customer for goods or services provided by Evolv Gaming. Any such refund is in no way an admission of any liability, wrong-doing or the basis for any cause of action against Evolv Gaming and is a simple expression of good will. In the event Customer is offered a refund of monies actually paid, each and every aspect of this Waiver and Limitation of Liability shall remain in full force and effect. Customer waives all rights, claims, causes of action and other damages in excess of actual funds paid and then returned by Evolv Gaming.
Evolv Gaming will also not replace, repair, or refund on any purchase if the item serial numbers do not match, or if the product is not sold directly by Evolv Gaming
All Evolv Gaming Desktop PCs are covered for the LIFETIME of the PC. The Evolv Gaming desktop LIFETIME warranty includes phone support as well as parts coverage.
Who's responsible for shipping?
If the hardware system is defective within the first 45 days Evolv Gaming will cover the costs shipping the item back. If defect is found after the 45 day period the customer is responsible for shipment to and from Evolv Gaming.

2) How long does it take for my order to ship?
Depending on complexity, most orders ship within 6-9 business days, as all PC's are custom built by hand and stress tested. Custom PC orders may take up to 14 business days unless otherwise stated.
3) How can I check the status of my order?
Evolv Gaming will update you three times during the order process: 1) when your payment is accepted, 2) when we begin building your system(s), 3) when your order ships. To track your order, simply create an account using the email address you placed your order with and log-in to the "My Account" panel.
4) Where do I download my NVIDIA drivers?
NVIDIA video drivers can be downloaded from http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us make sure to select the proper video card series.
5) Can I update my order after it has been submitted?
The only way an order can be updated after placing it is by e-mailing Evolv Gaming customer service at email@example.com
